When I checked out the website for myself at the suggestion of a Buy American Mention of the Week subscriber and looked at the "About Schott" page to find that the first words were "Made in the USA," it gave me the idea that I was looking in the right place.

The company compares their dedication to continue designing and producing in this country to connecting with the American spirit. With so many leather jackets sporting "Made in China" tags these days at prices that are through the roof compared to the cost of the labor that must have gone into them, I couldn't agree more.
